Burglar Steals Tools, Equipment On Hovland Court

Shots Fired at Dodge and Lyons

Police investigated a report that a man had fired a gun at Dodge Avenue and Lyons Street at 2:24 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 23. Nothing was found in the area.

Burglar Steals Tools, Equipment On Hovland Court

Someone cut a padlock off the door and stole tubing copper, four extension cords, a router, Milwaukee tools, two screw guns, a SKIL Skilsaw, Makita blue compressor with wheels, Bosch hammer drill and eight spools of electrical wire from a home in the 1800 block of Hovland Court between 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, and 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, according to police.

Bikes Stolen On Orrington, Maple

Someone stole a Trek bicycle from an unlocked garage in the 2100 block of Orrington Avenue between 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, and 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, according to police.

Someone stole a men’s Giant mountain bicycle by damaging the lock on an apartment storage locker in the 2200 block of Maple Avenue between 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, and 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, police reported.

Man Steals Catalytic Converter On Case Place

A man attempted to take a catalytic converter from a 1999 Toyota left in an apartment parking lot in the 600 block of Case Place at 4:53 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, according to police. He then stole a catalytic converter from a 2000 Toyota parked in the same lot.

Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Shovels Stolen On Orrington

Someone stole two blue chairs, one pink chair, a multi-colored umbrella and two shovels that were left unattended on the sidewalk in the 2000 block of Orrington Avenue between 9:53 and 9:56 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22, according to police. 

Graffiti Found on Elmwood

Police found graffiti at Elmwood Avenue and Reba Place at 10:04 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22.
