Masked Men Steal Pepperoni Pizzas From Delivery Driver

The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Masked Men Steal Pepperoni Pizzas, Cash, Phone

Three masked offenders told a pizza delivery driver they had a gun and knife, then demanded the driver hand over property at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, in an apartment or condo common area in the 800 block of Case Street. The robbers stole cash, a wallet, a Samsung Galaxy 2 cell phone, two pepperoni pizzas and six keys, according to police.

Arrests: Domestic Battery

A 28-year-old Evanston woman was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 9:53 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, according to police.

A 26-year-old Evanston woman was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 9:35 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, police reported. 

Bikes, Lawnmower Stolen From Garage On Dobson

Someone stole a Target men’s bicycle, blue Giant men’s bicycle and Lawnboy lawnmower from an unlocked garage in the 1200 block of Dobson Street between 9 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, and 7 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, police reported. 

Cash, Wallet Stolen From Locker

Someone stole cash and a brown leather wallet from an unlocked locker in the 1000 block of Grove Street between 7:24 and 8:10 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, according to police.

Woman Steals Cash From Office

A woman stole cash from an apartment office in the 700 block of Brummel Street between 9:40 and 9:53 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, police reported.

Package Stolen From Common Area

Someone stole a package containing clothing from the common area of an apartment or condominium in the 1500 block of Hinman Avenue between 8:15 and 10:16 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, police reported.

Cars Damaged on Sherman, Callan

Someone keyed the passenger side of a 2012 Honda parked in the 1500 block of Sherman Street between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, police reported.

A woman damaged a 2005 Chrysler that was parked in an alley in the 300 block of Callan Avenue between 5:40 and 5:50 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, according to police.

Re the pizza delivery robberies.....send out some undercover police to these areas as pizza delivery guys and when needed. Just shoot the robbers. Soon enough these problems will cease.....
