Northwestern 'Cage Match' Canceled Due to Copyright Issue

Event organizers told Evanston Patch the event has been "postponed indefinitely."

A that was set to begin Friday has been canceled.

An event organizer of the second annual "Cage Match" at Northwestern University told Evanston Patch that the event has been "postponed indefinitely" due to copyright issues.

Students were planning on watching 16 Nicolas Cage movies in a row without breaks from Friday night until Sunday night. They were going to have a live stream of the event, but noted the stream would only show the students, not the films, to avoid copyright issues.
