Jose at the Orrington is GREAT. Always good to see a smiling face, never pushy, but always helpful and makes a mean martini! Nice place to be if you want quiet conversation and not a fan of huge crowds.

Without a doubt, it would be Tim at Pete Miller's. Not only a first-rate bartender, but an outstanding guitar player and singer. And, he keeps the bar stocked with Hendricks gin.
