Duxler Complete Auto Care has announced that they have been named a Finalist in Tire Review Magazine’s 2012 Top Shop Award national competition! Overall, Duxler is one of the top four independent tire dealers in North America honored with this prestigious award. The award was presented as part of the SEMA show, at the Global Tire Expo’s Tire Industry Honors event in Las Vegas on October 29th, 2012. 

Tire Review magazine is known internationally as the leader in the tire industry – manufacturers to retail distribution – and 2012 marks the sixth year for its Top Shop Award competition. To make it as a Finalist or the Winner, those entering the competition must survive three rounds of intense judging on such factors as customer service and retention, merchandising and promotion, training and education, achievement, innovation, appearance, community involvement and support, and professionalism. The final round of judging was done by a panel of specialists.  

Countless tire dealerships from around the country entered this competition, many being from the Chicago area. Duxler is the first Chicagoland auto care facility to be a Finalist in this esteemed competition.
