A Washington D.C.-based health care consulting firm paid $35.2 million for five-year-old Evanston startup Care Team Connect, according to Crain's Chicago Business.

Advisory Board Co. acquired Care Team on Oct. 7, but the deal was not made public until the firm's earnings call on Nov. 4, Crain's reports
Care Team Connect helps organizations coordinate patient care through a shared data tracking and cost management system, according to its website.
