Well....the cartoon says it all.....the Governor's ultimatum was laughed at and rolled over...welcome to Illinois CCW. The next question is will Rep. Monique Davis get her wish and the Gov. call out the National Guard to patrol the streets of Chicago...and perhaps add Evanston to the list.
Why not give them the tools they need like a Bill of Attainder that mandates immediate capital punishment without trial for being a gang member. Have the guard doing warrantless searches of homes and executing gang members without trial on the streets of Chicago and Evanston......that's what we need to solve the problem....martial law...and thanks to the good Rep. for her thoughtful suggestion
