Trayvon Martin's Hoodie Going To Smithsonian - Gun Grabbing Continues

Ok.....the case is over, and the race baiters just won't quit. The most recent story which appeared in the Washington Post tells us that the civli rights activist Rev. Al Sharpton is seeking to have the hoodie added to the National Museum of African American History and Culture when it opens. Sharpton is comparing the hoodie to the clothing worn by Emmett Till.

The case is OVER, the jury has spoken, one person is dead and the other is damaged for life. Its time to put this in the past and deal with real issues. Has there been any follow up with regard to the implementation of "stop and frisk" around ETHS?

Why is it that Sen. Daniel Biss is holding a community meeting about "Safety, Freedom, and the Status of Gun Laws in Illinois" at the Levy Center on Sunday, August 11, and the panel consists of:

Kwame Raoul, State Senator, 13th District; Colleen Daley, Executive Director, Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence; and Marjorie Fujara, Attending Physician in the Division of Child Protective Services, Department of Pediatrics at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital and Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America.

Notice that the panel is ENTIRELY COMPOSED OF EXTREMIST GUN CONTROLLERS without any representation from the pro-2A community. 

Rather than community information, it seems to me that this is a Gun Grabber Rally intended to stir the pot once again and take another run at more anti-2A legislation. I am looking forward to attending the meeting and encourage my fellow 2A supporters to show up at the meeting in force....and please wear iGold colors or NRA logo apparel so they know that we do exist even in Evanston.
