Co Owner of Twist- A Tapas Cafe to open new restaurant in Rogers Park

Bob Parilla, co-owner of Twist-A Tapas Cafe has procured a prime spot in Rogers Park for his new restaurant "Twisted Tapas." It will be located at 1146 W. Pratt. Twisted Tapas plans to open in early September.
