Debaters Honored by Kiwanis Club

Three senior representatives of the ETHS National Speech and Debate Team were honored by the Kiwanis Club of Evanston as Scholar-Fine Arts students.  The

three young men told the group of their methodology for debate, what debate has done to give them confidence and the necessity  to look at both sides of a question in preparation for any meets.   Evanston’s team will travel to Harvard soon for a major competition.  Other trips have taken them to Minneapolis and Des Moines, as well as local venues.
