Falcon Boxing Gym to host North Shore Throwdown on Saturday, May 31st

Glenview, Illinois – Falcon Boxing Gym (3090 North Lake Terrace Road, Glenview) will be hosting the USA Boxing event, North Shore Throwdown, on Saturday, May 31st.  The event will feature up and coming, as well as experienced boxers from all over the Chicagoland area. These top athletes will compete against one another in this USA Boxing sanctioned event. The North Shore Throwdown event, held in the gym’s state-of- the-art indoor soccer field, will also feature a live DJ, 50/50 raffle, free beer, food & concession stand, and an open house.

Boxers Nelson Ibarra, Ken Johnson, Edward Serrano, Tyler Wright-Daye, Virgil Houston, and Mike Logan will be representing FBG at the event.  Former NFL player, Daniel Falcon, owner and head trainer is supported by a highly skilled team that includes assistant coach Chuck Wade and conditioning/nutrition coaches Sam Rodriguez, Dave Ashford and Jen Ori. 

“Falcon Boxing Gym is becoming well known throughout the Chicagoland area as a club producing top boxing contenders.  We have a proper training facility, experienced coaches and boxers with heart,” states Falcon.

General admission is $35.00 and ringside tickets are $45.00.  Tickets are available in advance or at the door.  The exciting boxing event is from 7:00pm to 10:00pm with doors opening at 6:00 pm and the first bout scheduled at 7:30 pm.

The contemporary Falcon Boxing Gym showcases extreme fitness and customized programs, along with an indoor turf field, full-size boxing rings, hot room, modern indoor running track, cardio room and more.  Falcon Boxing Gym offers customized personal training taught by experienced and certified trainers.
