North Shore Art League Presents 7th Annual "PrintWorks", a Fine Arts Print & Photography Show

The North Shore Art League (NSAL) proudly presents its seventh annual "PrintWorks" fine arts show at the League gallery, located on the second floor of the Winnetka Community House, 620 Lincoln Avenue, Winnetka.  The exhibit, which opens on Thursday, March 13 and will be on display through Monday, April 28, features 65 original prints using lithography, intaglio, relief, mono-print, serigraphy, photography and digital composition.  The photographic works demonstrate both traditional and latest techniques in digital creativity.  The collection includes pieces produced by NSAL students, faculty, board members, printmakers and photographers from throughout the Chicagoland area.  Most of the pieces are for sale.   Founded in 1924 and celebrating its 90th year, NSAL has been dedicated to enriching the lives of those in our community through art education and exhibitions.  Its printmaking studio has been recognized as the premier print room facility on the North Shore.  Print faculty members include such artists as Jessica Feith, Giedre Zumbakis, Judy Zeddies, Judith Hladik-Voss, Rita Price and Paula Campbell.
