ECO Corner: Green Drinks Event to Feature 10,000 Neighbors Campaign

This Tuesday, November 8th, from 7 to 9 pm Evanstonians will meet for the monthly Green Drinks Event at the , 750 Chicago Ave. This month's topic is the 10,000 Neighbors campaign, an initiative launched by the City of Evanston and Citizen’s Greener Evanston which emphasizes the "us" in sustainability by engaging and connecting neighbors using the new social networking site, OhSoWe. This free event will include networking and a panel discussion with representatives from the campaign's sponsors. Panelists will include:

• Catherine Hurley, City of Evanston Sustainable Programs Coordinator
