Evanston Summer Camp Guides Now Available

Registration for Evanston residents will begin with a camp lottery held from February 5-12, 2014.

The City of Evanston's 2014 Summer Camp Guide is now posted online atwww.cityofevanston.org/summercamps, so parents can begin reviewing summer camp options with their children over winter break. Registration for Evanston residents will begin with a camp lottery held from February 5-12, 2014. 

Youth camps include tennis, sports, arts, ecology, preschool, hockey, basketball, figure skating, beach volleyball, lacrosse, aquatic, general day camp, LEGO camp and more. Older children and teens may register for arts camp, band camp, theatre camp, figure skating camp and several counselor in training/leadership programs. Adults can even sign up for their own version of Aquatic Camp!

Starting in late December or early January, printed guides will be available at the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center (2100 Ridge Avenue), Robert Crown Center, Chandler-Newberger Center, the Ecology Center and Noyes Cultural Arts Center. Please call 3-1-1 to confirm availability before stopping by.

Camp guides will be distributed to Evanston public and private elementary schools the week of January 6, 2014. Note: Some schools do not distribute printed material to every student.
