Looking Good, Evanston! City Makes Best Dressed List
City is named on a 'Top 10 Best Dressed Small Cities' List. What do you think? Do we deserve to be on there?
Did you feel particularly fashionable when you walked out the door this morning? Apparently, you're not alone.
According to Movoto, a real estate blog, Evanston is among the top 10 best dressed small cities in the country. No. 8 to be exact. But one of one two outside of Florida or California. (Albany, NY being the other. Who knew?)
The site used five criteria to make its list: per capita numbers of high-end fashion stores, high-end shoe stores, high-end jewelry stores, tailors and dry cleaners. Cities with populations between 75,000 and 99,999 were assessed for their fashion-level.
