Temporary Lane Closure on Washington Street, June 8 - 9
CTA will be doing work on the Purple line at Washington Street between Chicago and Custer avenues this weekend.
One lane of Washington Street will be closed between June 8 and 9 while the CTA does some work on the Purple line at Washington Street between Chicago and Custer avenues, according to the city’s website.
The sidewalk on the south side of Washington Street will be closed.
A lane of traffic will be maintained for both directions and flaggers will be there to assist pedestrians and traffic during work hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
