Weather permitting, singer-songwriter Jeff Libman performs outside in the plaza of the Chandler building on the corner of Sherman and Davis every Friday at lunch from 11:30am to 1:30pm. Otherwise, he performs inside Potbelly Sandwich Shop next to the plaza.
