Now We're Cookin' (Evanston) and The Book Cellar (Lincoln Square) host Patricia Wells, celebrated author and renowned cooking school instructor. The author shares the secrets behind the mysterious black truffle – offering foodies, Francophiles and everyone who loves French cooking a wealth of truffle lore as well as a demonstration of cooking with truffles. Join us at Now We're Cookin' for a unique evening as Patricia Wells demonstrates recipes from her new book, and sample some wonderful delicacies paired with the perfect wine. Afterwards, the author will be available to sign copies of her books, including "Simply Truffles". $60/person
