Student Perspectives: Opening Reception

Perspective Group and Photography Gallery is very pleased to announce the opening and reception of our first annual Student Perspectives competition and exhibit.  

Perspective Gallery approached high schools throughout the Chicagoland area, and Columbia Photography Professor Chris Schneberger has juried the hundreds of entries and selected 49 images from 16 high schools.

This exhibit, featuring the work of the next generation of photographers, will open on Thursday, May 3.  The opening reception will be held Saturday, May 5, from 5-8pm.  We encourage you to come and meet these celebrated high school students and view their work.  

Perspective Gallery will take no commission from the sales of these images, and the students did not have to pay to enter the competition.
