Unity Church Christmas Gala/Annual Fundraiser Dec 4

The Unity Church on the North Shore will be hosting a Christmas Gala/Annual Fundraiser on December 4th with a live concert by Margie Gibson, festive foods, desserts and a silent auction.
The Gala starts at 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 4th at 3434 Central Street in Evanston. Tickets are $65 in advance (until November 28th) and $75 at the door. For reservations, call 847/864-8977.

Margie Gibson will entertain the crowd with live music. She has sung in movies and jingles, on TV and the concert stage, with big bands, jazz ensembles and symphony orchestras. She has opened for Mel Torme, Marvin Hamlisch, Danny Thomas, toured extensively with Bob Hope and starred in "Side by Side by Sondheim," as well as performed for Stephen Sondheim at The Symphony Center.

Additionally, participants will be able to shop the a silent auction to find the perfect holiday gifts for friends, loved ones, or even to treat yourself.
