What Does Chicago Taste Like? Green Olives and Rosemary

Ever wonder what Chicago would taste like if it was a fancy cocktail? Well, Absolut has an answer for you.

The vodka company just released the latest in its series of city-themed potables: Absolut Chicago.

It is, according to Absolut's website, "the vodka that captures the unique blend of the past with the cutting edge of right now that makes Chicago a modern classic."

The colorful, crowd-sourced bottle designed by Threadless features a cityscape mixed with iconic Chicago images, like the city flag and ferris wheel.

Here's how the company's website describes how it tastes: "ABSOLUT CHICAGO is rich and aromatic with intriguing herbal notes of rosemary and thyme in a harmonious blend with fresh green olives. The taste is smooth and mellow, with a well-balanced spiciness. Perfect for classics like the Martini or a variety of modern cocktails."

What do you think? Do we taste like olives?
