Giordano's Deep Dish without a doubt. I have brought a lot foreigners from work there and that is all they talk about. A must for anyone visiting Chicago!

If we are talking independent pizzerias. I cast my vote for Trattoria DOC The Pizza Estiva, Patate & Rosmarino, Spinaci e Caprino, Silvio e Gabriele, Pizza con Salsiccia di Agnello or the Calzone with extra garlic. I love the "chain pizzerias", but lets be fair and also include Peaquods.
