Free Memory Screening

CJE SeniorLife is providing free confidential memory screenings at four locations. Screenings will be on Nov. 15 in Skokie, November 16 in Evanston and Deerfield and in Chicago on November 17. See attached flyer for details. Advance registration required. Early detection is the first step toward proper treatment of memory problems.
