Dollop Coffee Readies New Evanston Space
Dollop and Hoosier Mama Pie are slated to open a new coffee shop/pie bakery in the AMLI building in October.
Dollop Coffee Company posted this photo of its soon-to-be new Evanston shop on its Facebook page over the weekend.
Dollop is teaming up with another Chicago favorite, Hoosier Mama Pie , for a combination coffee shop and pie bakery opening next month at 749 Chicago Ave., in the AMLI apartment building.
