We are a dog daycare, training and boarding facility. We have over 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. On any given day we have about 40-55 dogs who exercise, socialize and stay out of the trouble they sometimes get into when they stay home alone. We have just started a walking service, so we can now handle all aspects of dog care during the day and night. I hope we're known for two things: providing a clean, safe place for our guests to interact AND tired happy dogs who go home to sleep.

When and how did your business get started?

We opened our doors on March 1, 2010. It started when I lost my job and couldn't find another one. Discovered a need and ran with it.

How did you choose the area you did for your business?

Location, location, location. We pull the majority of our clients from Chicago, Evanston, Wilmette and Skokie.

Does your business offer a special deals card or program?

Yes - we offer packages of 10-20 days of daycare at a reduced price. We also sell pet-shares for our boarding (which is restricted to dogs who attend daycare at least 1x a month).

What is something most people don't know about your business?

The biggest thing people probably don't know is that we just started a walking service. We have not done any marketing on it so people might not know that. The other thing they might not know is that we like to give back to the community at large. Stay tuned for a couple of events we are planning for families and their dogs.
