Mike B. from Northbrook felt differently. “I'm being generous and going with 3 stars instead of 2 on account that they just opened.  We had dinner on their second night of operation. ... I'm going to give it another shot after they have some time to work out the kinks.”

The people who commented on Evanston Patch’s Facebook page raved about the restaurant.

Stacy Huhn wrote: “Fantastic!! Can’t go wrong on the menu—everything we had was great!

Laura Glantz said: “We had a great meal last night! They did a great job with the space!! We’ll definitely be back.”

Farmhouse focuses on farm-to-table food and is the second location of the Michelin-rated River North restaurant.
