Just Turkey Now Open on Main

Just Turkey, which, true to its name serves only turkey, is now open at 2430 Main St., according to an article in the Daily Northwestern.

According to Just Turkey's website, the Evanston location will have dine-in and carry-out options, as well as wifi. Other Just Turkey locations are in Chicago, Oak Forest, Homewood and Calumet City.
The restaurant is owned by Ginger Maddox, a TV producer for CBS2 Chicago who grew up in Evanston, according to the Daily Northwestern article. She opened a Just Turkey last year in Edgewater but realized quickly that most of her customers were coming from Evanston. So she decided to move the business a bit north.
The restaurant sells turkey burgers as well as other turkey meals like turkey lasagna and turkey nachos.
