A Nostalgic Nod to Mom at Found

Found (1631 Chicago Ave., Evanston, IL) will celebrate mom with a nostalgic, family-style feast inspired by the meals Executive Chef Nicole Pederson and Restaurant Proprietor Amy Morton enjoyed as kids. Guests will enjoy an array of rustic American dishes like “Banh Canh” Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup; Fried Macaroni & Cheese with cheddar cheese fondue; Spicy Italian Sausage & Fresh Mozzarella Lasagna; and Grilled Slagel Farm Steak with potato pancakes, sour cream, and spring onions. A sharable plate of sweets, including Hummingbird Bunt Cake with cream cheese frosting and “Chocolate Yummy” with pecans, conclude the magical meal dedicated to motherhood.

Found’s Mother’s Day menu is available on Sunday, May 11 from 12-6 p.m. The price is $42 for adults, $18 for children 12 and under, and free for children under 5. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 847.868.8945.
