Tommy Nevin's Pub Fighting Foreclosure Lawsuit

The Bank of America is taking the owners of Tommy Nevin's Irish Pub to court claiming they've defaulted on loans, which the owners deny.

The owners of Tommy Nevin's, a popular Irish pub with one location in downtown Evanston and another in Naperville, are working to settle a $5.5 million foreclosure lawsuit from the Bank of America for allegedly missing several monthly mortgage payments that were due on two loans, reports ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com.
