Thanks to The Stained Glass, Valentine’s Day isn’t limited to February 14th. The established Evanston eatery known for its expansive wine list and award-winning menu is celebrating Amour de Trois which, when loosely translated, means patrons can order a special three course dinner for three nights: Friday, February 14, Saturday, February 15, and Sunday, February 16. For the pre-fixe price of $55, guests can enjoy:

Course 1 

Choice of:

• Oysters Rockefeller- Pernod creamed spinach, applewood smoked bacon, herb-parmesan crust 
• Baked Chèvre- Baby winter vegetables, breakfast radish, basil, pomegranate reduction 
• Lobster "Chowder"- Butter poached lobster, salsify, marble potatoes, lardons, lobster-saffron broth 

Course Two

Choice of

• 14 oz Top Angus NY Strip- Parsley Root Puree, marrow butter, horseradish cream, "marrow" potatoes 
• Butterfish- Beluga lentils, lobster mushrooms, kohlrabi, sea urchin butter 

Dessert

Choice of

• Cheese selection
• Red Velvet Ice Cream Sandwich with Chocolate Genache

Wine pairings are also available as is access to the adjacent restaurant The Cellar which will be offering the Clark Street Tart—a holiday cocktail of fresh raspberries, North Shore Vodka, fresh lemon juice, and Rosé Cremant float for $11.
