Warm, Nourish & Energize!

Saturday March, 1 3:00pm - 6:00pm

This Chicago winter has been wicked! It's still too early and cold
for hard core detox, yet we want to clear out the heavy, clogging
results of our holiday indulgences while fighting the nasty bugs that
are going around. We will enjoy hands-on learning then share an amazing
Ayurvedic menu including main course, grain or soup, extra veg and
delicious chutney.

Some classes may include beverage or dessert.
Learn the medicinal actions of spices and foods while you develop fun,
new culinary skills.
