EPL Teen Loveline: All Your Questions Answered

Here's your chance to get answers to all of those sexual health, relationship, dating and personal health questions lurking in your head. A panel of doctors and psychologists from Evanston Hospital will be on hand to answer all of your questions. Questions can be submitted ahead of time anonymously by filling out this form: http://goo.gl/N6UgSv, by filling out a question form in the Loft or in person at the event. This event is for high school students (grades 9-12)ONLY. Please register. Snacks will be provided at the event.
