This 3-week series provides a thorough introduction to the basic breathing techniques and postures of Hatha Yoga. If you're intimidated by group classes, or you've been away from yoga for a long time and you want to review, this is the class for you.
Nick has been teaching this series for 7 years. He presents the postures in a simple but thorough manner and suggests modifications to make the postures work for your body. Each class builds on the next, and by the end you will be ready to participate in any of our Level 1 classes.
Missed classes can be made up at any Level 1 class through the end of the series.
