THE WOMAN’S CLUB OF EVANSTON PRESENTS ITS CORNUCOPIA GIFT FAIR
Unique and Specialty Gifts from Juried Artisans
November 16th, 17th, and 18th
Evanston, Ill. September 19, 2012 - The holiday shopping season opens in mid-November with The Woman’s Club of Evanston’s Cornucopia Gift Fair. This annual event is a local favorite for holiday shoppers looking for unique, hand-made home decor, apparel, children’s clothing and accessories, gourmet foods, and one-of-a-kind jewelry. More than 50 local and regional artisans will be selling their handcrafted and specialty items at this juried event. More than half of this year’s vendors are new to the Cornucopia Gift Fair, making this event a must-see for new discoveries as well as favorite returning artisans.
The WCE’s festive Cornucopia Gift Fair, premiers on Friday, November 16th with an opening night event featuring live music, appetizers and the best selection of items from our vendors. The event runs from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Tickets for opening night are $10 and include a raffle ticket.
Cornucopia Gift Fair continues through Saturday, November 17th (10:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Sunday, November 18th (noon to 5:00 pm). Tickets for Saturday and Sunday are $6 at the door. A multi-day pass for all three days is available for $15 and includes two raffle tickets. Proceeds from the Cornucopia Gift Fair help support the WCE’s philanthropic work in the community, and directly benefit local not-for-profit organizations.
