Enjoy a Fireside, Four Course Menu by Chef Andy Motto


This Valentine's Day, enjoy a romantic, fireside dinner for two at Quince restaurant. The Evanston restaurant will offer a four course menu (traditional or vegetarian) prepared by Executive Chef Andy Motto. Each guest will receive a complimentary sparkling wine. The menu is $70 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended.


For those looking to extend the evening into an overnight affair, The Homestead (the hotel that Quince is housed in) welcomes guests with dinner reservations to stay the night for $95. Black Bass - Watercress, Caviar, Kennebec Potato, Dill

Course Three:
Venison - Chocolate, Smoke, Beet, Juniper, Rosemary

Course Four:
Chocolates - Gianduja, Mascarpone, Hazelnut, Brandied Cherry


Vegetarian Menu


Course One:
Heart of Palm - Truffle, Winter Greens, Buddha Hand

Course Two:
Wild Mushroom Risotto - Parmesan, Arugula, Fresno Pepper, Espelette

Course Three:
Mediterranean Roll - Beluga Lentil Ragout, Kennebec Potato Nuag, Baby Artichoke

Course Four:
Chocolates - Gianduja, Mascarpone, Hazelnut, Brandied Cherry
