Master Class with Robert Houde: Burgundy

We’re welcoming back Robert Houde, the hardest working man in the wine biz. He was the head Sommelier at Charlie Trotters during its rah-rah nineties hey day, helping the restaurant achieve Wine Spectator’s award for “America’s best restaurant.”  In March of 2009, he launched Robert Houde Wines, LLC, an Illinois-based importer and distributor keenly focused on European artisanal wines. In this class, he’ll take us through the intoxicating and intricate labyrinth of Burgundy wines. From this region of small farmers and French countryside comes some of the wineworld’s most exquisite triumphs.
