Join us in welcoming back Christophe Bakunas, an all-around great guy and the proprietor of Local Wine and Spirits Company, which produces fantastic wine (see the "Sweet Spot" Cabernet on our shelves) in addition to artisinal, boutique spirits. Christophe will teach us how to shake, stir (and drink!) both classic and contemporary cocktails. Recipes and ingredients will be available after class.
