Organizing for Action State Headquarters’ Staff Present Camp OFA at Northwestern

Top staff from Organizing for
Action’s Illinois headquarters will present Camp OFA on Saturday, January 25,
from 1 to 4 p.m., at Northwestern University’s Fisk Hall, 1845 Sheridan Road,
Evanston, Room 311. OFA staff will discuss the Affordable Care Act,
Comprehensive Immigration Reform, and Climate Change. The event is a kick-off
to a series of statewide events on these issues.  

Camp OFA speakers include Sabey
Abraham, OFA Deputy State Coordinator, and Patrick Watson, OFA State Lead on
Immigration Reform.  There will be a
speaker from the Sierra Club discussing climate change. OFA North Shore members
will talk about the OFA and volunteer recruitment.
