Robert Houde Wine Dinner at Quince

Quince restaurant in Evanston will hold a wine dinner featuring
wines from the portfolio of Robert Houde. Houde, formerly head sommelier
at Charlie Trotter’s, is a local importer and distributor of fine
wines. On Thursday, January 30 at 6:30 p.m., he and Executive Chef Andy
Motto will lead a four course, seafood-centric meal (Tom Yum Gai; Black
Cod; Monk Fish; Pear Dessert) paired with four wine selections. The
seafood will be sourced from Seafood Merchants in Vernon Hills. The menu
is outlined below.

The wine dinner is $80 per guest. Reservations may be made by calling Quince at 847-570-8400.

Course One:

Tom Yum Gai – Chicken, Lobster, Herbs, Spice

Second Course:

Black Cod – Miso, Grape, Mushroom, Leek
