Special Winter Solstice Event: "Into the Light"

The Body Project Ensemble invites you to "Into the Light"!

• How do we create healing in community through theatre?
• What are the stories we hold in our bodies that we are ready to let go of?
• How do we cultivate light in a time of darkness?

Come warm up Winter Solstice, Saturday, December 21, with hot cocoa and engage the senses while you watch five powerful women as they dare to step "Into the Light" by performing their own personal stories. Let's explore how to cultivate light in a time of darkness.

"Into The Light" will feature performances by Tanuja Jagernauth, Ali Hoefnagel, Maya Barros Odim, Kira Silverstein and Kendall Swett. It will be an interactive event to nourish the body, mind, soul and spirit during the cold winter months and the darkest time of the year!

Created by Kira Silverstein, this special event is part of the Heartlight Series, a collaboration of Heartwood Center and Skylight. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door. We look forward to seeing you there!
