Wine & Pilates

Join us for an hour of Pilates with certified instructor Mallory Thompson, then enjoy a well-earned glass of wine with the Wine Goddesses. We’ll, roll, stretch, reach, and twist our way to a supple spine. Mallory will engage us in a series of exercises that focus on movement and breathing to build a more organized body. After we’re nice and loosened up, we’ll drink some wine! Please bring a thick exercise mat or 2 yoga mats for rolling exercises. Anyone with acute or disc injuries should not participate in an open-level mat class without consent from a doctor or PT.
