YWCA Community Conversations on Race Series

Although racial diversity is commonplace in our communities, houses of worship and workplaces, many of us still struggle when conversations turn to topics with racial implications.  Will I say something that offends?  Do we have to talk about race again?  What if my question seems ridiculous - or racist - to someone?

Register today for the YWCA Community Conversations on Race, a four-part series that allows you to develop the skills, vocabulary, and understanding to stay engaged in conversations about race.  You can register online at: www.ywca.org/communityconversations or call Racial Justice Director Eileen Heineman at 847-864-8445, ext 158.
