The Tow Risk Warning signs are now leaning unused against the chain link fence that surrounds (mostly) the parking lot where cars were towed. In the first phase of a residential development, the former research building at Maple and Oak will be torn down. A big crane is already in place.
Next will come a condo development with parking on the lower floors that will stretch from Maple to Oak along Emerson. Will it affect the Farmers' Market and its Saturday festivities? That part is currently unknown.
