Applause for Paws; An Dog Game Show and Adoption Mixer

Secondhand Snoots Rescue will be the featured rescue at the first adoption event in a newly formed series of Thursday evening Dog Game Shows / Adoption Events produced by The Dog Saving Network, held at Chicago Party Animals, 1133 W. Fulton Market, Chicago.

“Applause for Paws - A Rescued Dog Game Show and Adoption Mixer” will be held on Thursday, June 14, doors open at 7:30 p.m and the show runs from 8:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m., at Chicago Party Animals, 1133 W. Fulton Market, Chicago, IL., the event will run until at least 10:00 p.m. You will be able to meet adoptable dogs from Secondhand Snoots Rescue while watching an amazing Dog Game Show produced by The Dog Saving Network.          

“This is a wonderful opportunity to not only showcase adoptable dogs, but also show how rescued dogs can be trained, with positive reinforcement, to do amazing things. These performances by great volunteers and dogs at The Dog Saving Network really speak to the true nature of rescued dogs, and can change the perception that rescued dogs are NOT broken,” said Erica Brown, President and Co-Founder of Secondhand Snoots Rescue.

Tickets will be sold for $20 at the door and 50% of the ticket sales will directly benefit the rescued animals at Secondhand Snoots. Individuals seeking to adopt a furry friend will be able to complete an application at the event and will be contacted by a representative of the Rescue.
