Youth Job Center Alumni Network Open House

Are you a former client of the Youth Job Center? Have you found a job through the help of the YJC and would like to share your story? Do you have ideas on how to prepare youth for success in the workplace? The Youth Job Center is welcoming past clients (ages 26 and up) to join our Alumni Network. Since our founding in 1983, the YJC has assisted over 23,000 youth ages 14-25 for success in the workplace by providing job-readiness training, placement and employment support. We believe youth can be responsible, contributing members of their community and will overcome barriers to employment when the playing field is leveled through skill-building, education, partnership, and increased opportunity. Join us to find out more information about how you can make a difference in the lives of youth today! The Alumni Network Open House will occur on Wednesday, August 22nd from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the YJC (1114 Church Street in Evanston.)
