Mid-Ceremony Proposal Earns Northwestern Student Doctorate, Fiancée
The graduation ceremony slideshow included a message asking the woman to marry him.
It was a love affair that started in thermodynamics class.

Han arranged with the school ahead of time to slip a slide into the slideshow that was playing during the ceremony, TribLocal reports. It said, “Jie Han will you Marry Me.”
