Poll: White Meat or Dark Meat?

What kind of meat is going to fill your belly this Thanksgiving?

The National Turkey Federation (yes, there is one) says that Americans consumed an estimated 46 million turkeys last Thanksgiving. The Federation also says that most Americans prefer white meat. Do you agree?

If you like dark meat, you may have to battle it out with a relative to get a good amount: the National Turkey Federation says turkeys typically have 70 percent white meat and 30 percent dark.

Then again, maybe turkey isn't your thing. Both of Evanston's have been stocked with Tofurkeys this season, much to the delight of vegetarians who still like to feel included in the spirit of the holiday.
