Obituary: Julie Shapera, 92
Shapera left behind a son and daughter, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Julie Zuckerman Shapera, 92, died peacefully in her home in Lincolnwood on July 26. Beloved wife of 60 years of the late Louis M. Shapera, she was the loving mother of Ellen (Lee) Gussin and Merle (Jill Gardner) Shapera; devoted grandmother to Grant and Meredith Gussin and Marnie and Tim Sperling; cherished great grandmother to Cameron, Andie, and James Gussin and Chase, Pierce and Ivy Sperling; dearest aunt, cousin and friend to everyone
Graveside service Monday, July 29 at 1:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie.
