Another Evanston city manager scam on Sycamores?

According to emails to me from the Evanston city managements, the city, which promised to ask the Chicago Botanic Garden and Morton Arboretum about my trees, sent them photos of trees that are not mine.  Did they do this to misrepresent the condition of my trees?  The city has photos of my trees they could have sent out, which show they are typical Sycamores, not pathological trees.  Why did the city not send out photos of my trees for the specialists to evaluate?  Because the photos of my trees don't support their condemnation of my trees?
