Evanston Sycamore Graft (the money kind$$)

Any citizens concerned about Evanston's Sycamore destruction campaign this last month might be interested to know that an Evanston administrator tried to pressure and influence the independent arborist I hired to write a report on my trees, which Ald. Judy Fiske helped prevent getting cut down hastily. What I gather is that when the administrator learned the arborist felt the trees were not a public hazard and did not need to be cut down immediately, he wanted to prevent the arborist from saying anything in the report that would support citizens who feel their trees were cut down unnecessarily.  Talk about conflict of interest and abrogation of professional ethics.
